Interview with Michele Motta, owner of Ventana5

Our collaboration with GRAF Synergy began in 2021 when the local agent presented us with some samples of windows made using V-PERFECT technology. Then, one Saturday, they took us to visit a company that was already using GRAF Synergy machines. We were so impressed that on the same day, we decided to purchase the SL4FF EVO four-head welding machine, the seamless welder with patented V-Perfect technology. After seeing the GRAF Synergy welders in action, we honestly felt no need to consider other competitors: the finish and cleanliness of the welds convinced us immediately!

With the purchase of the V-PERFECT technology welding machine, the aesthetics of our windows have significantly improved. As a result, our sales team now has stronger selling points, thanks to the quality of the welds we can achieve in our production. Internally, during the production phases, we have also noticed a commendable increase in output.

We believe that enhancing the aesthetic quality of our windows will provide a distinctive and valuable advantage, helping to counter any potential downturn in the market.

The integration of the GRAF welding machine into our production processes has posed no compatibility issues, and in terms of collaboration, GRAF has proven to be an excellent team, truly in synergy with the client from purchase through to after-sales support. The assistance provided has been a significant strength: during a couple of incidents that occurred in the early stages of processing, the GRAF Synergy technicians were impeccable in resolving every issue on-site, even on Saturdays. This is incredibly valuable for a window manufacturer.

We also did not encounter any particular difficulties regarding the training of our staff for the use of the new machine, as the GRAF technicians were excellent in enabling us to use the welder quickly and effectively. No time was wasted.

Given the current structure of our company, we have not yet considered implementing GRAF’s Fast Forward Plant logistics solution, but we hope to reach that point in the near future.

If I had to summarise the collaboration between GRAF Synergy and VENTANA5 in three points, I would definitely highlight: Speed, Aesthetics, and Prestige!
