We are pleased to share the experience of SCHIPANI Srl with GRAF Synergy. Our collaboration began in June 2023, when GRAF Synergy was first introduced to us at our headquarters in Crotone, Calabria. In 2023, we completed the design phases of our new internally extruded PVC box. Our intention was to add value to an already widely used product, and we found that GRAF Synergy’s patented V-Perfect technology was the key element to making our product more competitive and appealing in the market. For these reasons, we purchased a dual-head welding machine SL2FF-EVO and a cutting machine SD500-S7.

The strengths that led us to choose GRAF over other competitors were primarily the V-Perfect technology, which played a crucial role in our decision.

Not to mention the great professionalism and availability of the commercial and technical team, who supported us during the consulting phase and helped us select the best product to meet our expectations.

Our flagship product, the internally designed PVC Cassonetto, has undergone significant aesthetic improvements thanks to V-Perfect technology. For us, this has been a crucial factor, considering that it is now widely recognised as an interior design element in homes.

The integration of GRAF Synergy machines has not caused any compatibility issues with other machinery in the company, thereby allowing for the continuity of production at the plant and other operations.

The GRAF Synergy technicians were very helpful, supporting us during the pre-sales phase and especially in the post-sales phase, while testing the machinery at our site.

During the training period, GRAF technicians prepared and trained our operators, enabling a gradual, swift, and effective start to production.

We are truly excited to make our debut in the PVC sector with a product that is entirely designed and manufactured by us: recognising the advantage of being able to do this by leveraging the technical and media momentum of V-Perfect technology is a source of satisfaction and pride for us.
