Here we go, we are on the brink of Fensterbau, the most important and exciting international trade fair in our industry. The biennial fair, taking place in Nuremberg from 21st to 24th March, will showcase many new developments in both the window and door sector as well as in machinery and automation.
For this edition, we are also introducing several futuristic innovations, which I would even describe as revolutionary, such as cutting and processing profiles at extreme speeds while maintaining flexibility, securing iron reinforcements, the assembly and fastening of supports using anthropomorphic robots, the perfection of welding in the V-Perfect system and traditional methods, and finally, the study of production flow along with the associated logistics.
Let’s start with cutting and working; there are various models available in the GRAF Synergy range to meet any requirement. Ranging from high productivity to non-standard productions. This year, we will introduce the new FAB CUT-3BS, where the acronym clearly stands for Fab-Processing, Cut-Cutting, 3 number of blades, speed-high speed. This machine ranks among the fastest on the market while maintaining maximum flexibility, capable of working with any profile for window frames.
Let’s continue with the installation of the iron reinforcement; we will present two solutions. The first is absolutely revolutionary, and we will give you a sneak peek into what the future holds: we will fix the reinforcement without the use of screws (patent pending). Oops, we’ll leave some room for curiosity and look forward to presenting a live demonstration. The process is revolutionary and verified!
The second process we are presenting is our electric screw driving system instead of pneumatic ones, featuring motors integrated into the ASG iron machining centre, where we can securely fasten three screws in 1.5 seconds instead of the current 12 seconds. This makes our profile machining centre with reinforcement the most compact and fastest available on the market today. We would be delighted to demonstrate it to you at our stand.
To complete the process on single-piece cut profiles, we present our solution for the automatic assembly of fixtures. It will be groundbreaking to see the introduction of a humanoid robot in our industry to handle various types of fixtures at incredibly high speeds.
The state of the art in welding cannot be overlooked, as the evolution of our welding system continues. With our welding machine SL4-FF EVO, we have truly achieved perfection. We have no limits when it comes to profiles and systems that can be welded, whether they are made of wood, aluminium, fiberglass, acrylic, coloured, or printed materials. Thanks to our welding machine, profile manufacturers have been able to create new systems that enhance PVC frames that would otherwise be impossible. Over 20,000 frames are produced daily with our welding machines. With our welding machine, the concept of productivity changes, leading to an increase in the sale of profiles, even for systems like aluminium or wood.
The machine at the fair will be connected to a unit that performs hinge drilling in zero cycle time after welding with absolute precision.
Another topic is the management costs between conventional welding systems and our technology. When you consider consumables and labour, using one of our welding machines can save you up to 35,000 euros a year.
We will be available for a demonstration of any of the previously mentioned profile variants!
For start-ups or traditional systems, we present a high-quality line with demonstrations on welding and polishing. The corners and seals will feature a high-quality joint without the use of sealant tapes that never achieve excellent results.
As mentioned in the preface, for several years now, GRAF Synergy has positioned itself as a provider of complete turnkey production systems. Due to limited space, we were unable to bring shuttles and warehouses to the fair, but our logistics experts will be present to showcase layouts and videos of entire lines.
