Smart cutting with complete autonomy
The Linear Cut 500 is a CNC cutting centre with 3 or 4 controlled axes (depending on the configuration), designed to perform all operations autonomously: loading, alignment, cutting, and unloading of PVC profiles.
The system features an 8-bar loading warehouse, a 2-axis CNC clamp on linear guides, and a cutting module with an upward blade of Ø 500 mm, designed for clean cuts at -45°, 90°, and +45°.
The automatic extractor and the unloading warehouse ensure a continuous and safe flow.
