Environmental Labeling of Packaging Legislative Decree No. 116/2020

As of 2023, the requirement for environmental labelling of packaging has come into effect, and GRAF Synergy has complied with this obligation introduced by Legislative Decree No. 116 of 3 September 2020, which implements the European Union Directive 2018/851 on waste and the EU Directive 2018/852 on packaging and packaging waste.

Legislative Decree No. 116 establishes the obligation for producers to indicate the nature of packaging materials on all types of packaging (primary, secondary, and tertiary) for identification and classification purposes, in accordance with Commission Decision 97/129/EC.
